PISTACHIO FROZEN CREAM CUPS RECIPE

Serves: Makes 6-8 cups

Ingredients

500g Biona Coconut Cream

100g pistachios

1-2 tbsp Biona Light Agave

Melted vegan white chocolate (optional)

Handful chopped pistachios (optional)


Method

  1. Begin by adding pistachios, coconut cream and agave into a blender, blending until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into silicone moulds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Once set, serve with some optional melted chocolate and chopped pistachios and enjoy!
