Ingredients
500g Biona Coconut Cream
100g pistachios
1-2 tbsp Biona Light Agave
Melted vegan white chocolate (optional)
Handful chopped pistachios (optional)
Method
- Begin by adding pistachios, coconut cream and agave into a blender, blending until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into silicone moulds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Once set, serve with some optional melted chocolate and chopped pistachios and enjoy!
